Shipping

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment.

 

Orders shipped outside of the United States typically arrive within 6–10 business days after shipment.

Shipping fees and applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at purchase.

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Lost or Delivered Packages

Dollz Drip Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
